Store our products in their original wrapping at -18ºC, taking care to ensure they do not defrost. For optimum results, always follow the product instructions. Do not refreeze them once they have defrosted and keep the labels with the code, batch number and expiry date.

Before baking, you can decorate some products to your own personal taste. You can decorate others once they have been baked. Use beaten egg, toppings, gelatine, sugar, etc. Use your imagination to provide unique products!
Pre-heat the oven to the temperature indicated, put the product in the oven and cook for the recommended time.
Defrost bread at room temperature directly on your baking trays and bake for just the time indicated to prevent it drying out.
