In addition, they help and advise our clients so that they can make the most exquisite, specialised bread and pastry products.

We have a professional logistics network and a specialist commercial team who, together with technical demonstrators and the Call Centre Team, provide professional advice to ensure client success and satisfaction.

Quality and Innovation

Our Research and Development specialists work continuously to improve the quality of our products and to provide new and delicious products at a highly competitive price.

Food safety has long been our objective. We eliminate trans fats, incorporate Clean Label products and thoroughly monitor our products for allergens. This requires us to work hard on monitoring our products and adapting their formulations so as to improve their nutritional profiles.

After 25 years we have reformulated our range of basic products so as to make our puff pastry even lighter and puffier with tastier fillings and, above all, we have gone back to our roots to the purest traditional style.
