Pastisart expands its ‘mini’ range with 5 new products
TERRASSA. Pastisart is getting ready for summer with the launch of five new references to expand its mini pastry products. There are two new Mini Muffins and three mini filled ensaimadas, formats designed especially for the Horeca channel.
Following the market trend of individual sizes, smaller and with a larger variety of flavours, Pastisart has presented two new 30-gram mini muffins, the Chocolate Mini Muffin and the Sugared Flakes Mini Muffin, which are part of the ready-to-serve line, so that you only need to let them thaw and then they’re ready to serve. Ideal for a sweet snack, they are perfect both for the traditional channel and for Horeca, as they are ready in only a few minutes, so that customers can enjoy their spongy texture and intense taste.
Moreover, the company is expanding its range of traditional ensaimadas with three new products, the Mini Chocolate, Mini Custard and Mini Sweet Pumpkin Angel Hair Ensaimadas. Mini ensaimadas with a generous amount of filling and traditional 50-gram presentation size. They require a bit more elaboration, so that they are particularly appropriate for the traditional channel. These products can be customised to the tastes of each consumer, although the traditional presentation is with chocolate or icing sugar sprinkled on top.
